Mr. Callison is admitted to practice in South Carolina and Pennsylvania. He was an associate with Hartman Underhill & Brubaker LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Business Services practice groups. Mr. Callison’s focus has been primarily on corporate law, banking and finance, and transactional work. He assisted and advised start-up companies, and he worked with existing businesses to resolve internal and external disputes. He drafted and reviewed numerous commercial loans and related transactional documents, and he worked in team with other lawyers in municipal finance projects dealing with bond tax issues.
Mr. Callison has assisted in the private sale of securities, and he has prepared prospectuses and related documents required for the private issuance of securities.
Mr. Callison has some experience in real estate transactions, having assisted property owners in the leasing of subsurface rights and other matters related to hydraulic fracturing of shale formations in the Marcellus Shale region.
As a pro bono activity, Mr. Callison provided choice of entity and cash management presentations to SCORE students.
Mr. Callison is a graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was a member of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Elon University, majoring in Business Administration with a focus in marketing.
